These terms apply to your use of cDeals (https://cdeals.co) and to any purchase you make from me on it. The site is run by [YOUR FULL NAME OR BUSINESS NAME] (“I”, “me”). By using the site or buying an item, you agree to these terms.
Using the site
You can browse, share links, and buy items for personal use. Please don’t copy the site’s photos or text for commercial use, scrape it in bulk, or try to interfere with how it works. I may update the site, these terms, or what’s for sale at any time. The “Last updated” date above shows when these terms last changed.
Items I sell
- Used and sold as-is. Items on the For sale page are my own used gear. Each listing states its condition, and the photos and notes show any wear I know about. Apart from what’s in the listing and the Returns & Shipping page, items are sold as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Any remaining manufacturer warranty is between you and the manufacturer.
- One of each. Most items are one-off. If two people check out at the same time, the first completed payment gets it, and I’ll fully refund anyone else.
- Pricing and listing errors. I try to get every price and detail right. If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price or with a clear error in its description, I may cancel the order before it ships and refund you in full.

Checkout and payment
Checkout is handled by AnyCart, and payments are processed by Stripe or Square. Your card details go straight to the payment processor and never touch this site or me. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to your payment. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Deals and links to other stores
Items on the Deals page are sold by other stores. I don’t control those stores, their prices, stock, shipping, returns, or customer service, and I’m not responsible for them. Prices and availability can change at any time; always check the store’s site before you buy. Some of those links are affiliate links (see the Affiliate Disclosure).
Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from deals at other stores. For an item you bought from me, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that item. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE, e.g. Texas — confirm], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
